Welcome to Marsden Research Labs, a division of Marsden Industrial Services, Inc. By accessing this website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website or purchase our products.

1. Research Use Only

All products sold by Marsden Research Labs are intended strictly for laboratory research and analytical purposes only.

Our products are not intended for:

Human consumption
Veterinary use
Therapeutic use
Diagnostic use
Food or dietary applications
Cosmetic use
Household use

Products are not offered as drugs, medicines, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or products for human or veterinary administration.

These statements have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

2. Purchaser Qualifications

By creating an account or placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 21 years of age.
You are a qualified researcher, laboratory professional, authorized representative of a research organization, business, university, laboratory, or other qualified entity acquiring materials for legitimate laboratory research.
You are purchasing products solely for lawful, non-clinical laboratory research.
You understand the proper handling, storage, and disposal of laboratory research materials.
You will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing the purchase, possession, handling, and use of these materials.
You will not use products purchased from Marsden Research Labs for human or veterinary administration, consumption, diagnosis, treatment, or any other prohibited purpose.

Additional research-use certifications, acknowledgments, or electronic signatures may be required during registration or checkout.

Marsden Research Labs reserves the right to request additional verification of purchaser qualifications or intended research use.

3. Product Information and Analytical Documentation

Marsden Research Labs strives to provide accurate product descriptions, batch information, and applicable analytical documentation.

Products made available for purchase are supported by current, batch-specific Certificate of Analysis (COA) documentation in accordance with our product and testing standards. Additional independent laboratory reports may be published for a batch when available.

Analytical results apply only to the specific batch or research sample identified in the applicable documentation and should not automatically be assumed to apply to another batch.

Specifications, analytical information, availability, pricing, descriptions, and related information may be updated or corrected when necessary.

4. Orders

Marsden Research Labs reserves the right to:

Refuse or cancel an order.
Limit purchase quantities.
Correct pricing, inventory, or typographical errors.
Request additional purchaser or research-use verification.
Decline transactions that do not satisfy our research-use requirements or applicable policies.
Cancel an order that cannot legally or reasonably be fulfilled.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of an order but does not constitute final acceptance. Orders are considered accepted when processed for fulfillment and shipment.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are stated in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges, if any, are calculated during checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing information and ensuring that they are authorized to use the payment method submitted with an order.

Payment authorization or capture does not require Marsden Research Labs to fulfill an order that violates these Terms, applicable law, research-use requirements, or other applicable policies.

If Marsden Research Labs cancels an order before fulfillment, any amount collected for the canceled portion will be handled in accordance with the applicable payment method and our policies.

6. United States Shipping

Marsden Research Labs currently ships only to eligible addresses within the United States.

Orders are processed as quickly as reasonably possible during normal business operations. Processing and delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.

Customers acknowledge the applicable shipping, delivery, insurance, and claim terms during checkout. Shipping insurance coverage is subject to the terms, limits, exclusions, documentation requirements, and claims procedures of the applicable carrier or shipping service.

Delivery may be affected by:

Carrier delays
Weather
Service interruptions
Address errors
Delivery-access issues
Other circumstances outside the reasonable control of Marsden Research Labs

Customers are responsible for:

Providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Monitoring shipment tracking information.
Promptly reporting apparent loss, damage, missing contents, or other delivery issues.
Providing information reasonably necessary to investigate or submit an applicable shipping or carrier claim.

A shipment shown as delivered by the carrier may be considered delivered unless evidence reasonably establishes a qualifying delivery issue.

7. Returns, Refunds, Cancellations, and Order Issues

Due to the nature of laboratory research materials, all sales are final and products are non-refundable once an order has been submitted, except where required by applicable law or where Marsden Research Labs determines that an order qualifies for a replacement, store credit, shipping claim, or other remedy under an applicable policy.

Orders cannot generally be canceled after submission.

Products that have been shipped are not eligible for return or refund because of:

Change of mind
Purchaser error
Accidental ordering
Failure to review product information
Dissatisfaction unrelated to a verified product, fulfillment, or shipping issue

If an order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect product, is missing an item, or presents another verifiable fulfillment or shipping issue, the customer must promptly contact Marsden Research Labs so the matter can be reviewed.

Depending on the circumstances, Marsden Research Labs may provide:

A replacement
Store credit
Shipping-claim assistance
Another appropriate remedy

Products that have been opened, used, improperly stored, altered, contaminated, or otherwise compromised are not eligible for return.

Any approved remedy is determined according to the circumstances of the individual order and applicable policies.

Nothing in this section limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.

8. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

Customers should contact Marsden Research Labs promptly regarding any billing, order, shipping, delivery, or product concern so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter.

Refunds, replacements, shipping claims, credits, and other remedies are governed by these Terms and our applicable policies.

If a chargeback, payment dispute, or other payment claim is initiated, Marsden Research Labs may provide relevant transaction documentation to the applicable payment processor, financial institution, card network, or other authorized party.

Such documentation may include, as applicable:

Order information
Billing and shipping information
Checkout acknowledgments
Research-use certifications
Age and purchaser certifications
Electronic signatures
Transaction records
Customer communications
Shipping records
Tracking information
Delivery confirmation
Applicable policies and Terms accepted during checkout

Fraudulent, abusive, duplicate, or knowingly inaccurate payment disputes may be contested to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and applicable payment-network rules.

Nothing in this section limits a customer’s legitimate rights under applicable law or payment-network requirements.

9. Independent Testing and Third-Party Laboratories

Marsden Research Labs may publish analytical documentation or laboratory results produced by independent third-party laboratories.

Third-party laboratories are independent entities and are responsible for their own analytical methods, procedures, reports, representations, and services.

Publication of a third-party laboratory report does not imply that Marsden Research Labs controls or operates the laboratory.

Any independent testing reimbursement, testing credit, or similar program offered by Marsden Research Labs is governed by the terms of the applicable program and may require verification of laboratory charges, sample information, test results, or other supporting documentation.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, website content including text, graphics, logos, product images, software, website design, and Marsden Research Labs branding is owned by or licensed to Marsden Research Labs or Marsden Industrial Services, Inc.

Such content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission except as permitted by applicable law.

Third-party laboratory reports, analytical documents, trademarks, and other third-party materials remain subject to the applicable rights of their respective owners.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, products and website content are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

Marsden Research Labs and Marsden Industrial Services, Inc. make no warranties, express or implied, except as expressly stated in writing, including warranties of:

Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Accuracy or completeness of website information

Research materials are supplied for laboratory research purposes only.

No statement on this website should be interpreted as medical advice, veterinary advice, a therapeutic recommendation, or a recommendation for human or veterinary use.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Marsden Research Labs and Marsden Industrial Services, Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to:

Use of this website
Purchase or possession of research materials
Improper handling or storage
Misuse of research materials
Shipping or carrier delays
Use of products for prohibited purposes

To the extent permitted by law, the maximum aggregate liability arising from a particular product or transaction shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Marsden Research Labs, Marsden Industrial Services, Inc., and their respective owners, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

Use of products for prohibited purposes.

Misrepresentation of purchaser qualifications or intended research use.

14. Privacy and Order Records

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how information is collected, used, stored, and protected.
