No. All Marsden Research Labs products are sold strictly for lawful laboratory research and are not intended for human or veterinary use, diagnostic procedures, food, drug, cosmetic, or household applications.

Marsden Research Labs is located in Boulder City, Nevada, and operates as a division of Marsden Industrial Services, Inc.

Each batch is assigned a unique batch number and supported with batch-specific documentation when available, including Certificates of Analysis, independent laboratory reports, purity or identity verification, and related testing records.

Documentation is organized by exact product and batch so researchers can quickly review the information associated with the material they are purchasing.

A Certificate of Analysis, commonly called a COA, provides analytical information for a specific product batch. It may include identity, purity, quantity, or other reported testing details.

Available COAs can be viewed through the product page or the COA Lookup.

Testing is performed by independent analytical laboratories selected according to the compound, batch, and required testing scope. Published records identify the laboratory, tests performed, testing date, and available report.

Documentation is batch-specific and is added as each batch is received, reviewed, and tested. Some batches may have more than one independent report, while others may initially display a COA or other available batch documentation.

Independent test reports are laboratory documents produced by analytical laboratories separate from Marsden Research Labs. Each published report is organized by product and exact batch and identifies the laboratory, testing date, and tests performed.

Yes. A single batch may have multiple independent reports from the same or different laboratories. Each report is displayed separately so researchers can review the complete documentation available for that batch.

Published reports can be viewed through the product page or the Independent Test Results directory. Reports are grouped by exact product and batch.

For the Testing Credit Program, the participating customer independently selects a qualifying analytical laboratory. The laboratory does not need to appear on our provider resource page, but its business identity and report must be reasonably verifiable.

The Testing Credit Program allows an eligible customer to purchase one qualifying vial from an available batch, independently submit that vial to a qualifying laboratory, and request store credit after the completed report and supporting documents are reviewed.

Sign in to your research account, select the desired compound and amount, add it to your cart, and proceed through checkout. Product pricing and ordering controls are available to signed-in research accounts that have not been restricted.

A research account connects ordering access with the purchaser’s research-use certification and provides access to account features such as order history and Testing Credit status.

Currently available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may change over time. Payments are processed through the payment provider identified during checkout.

No. Orders cannot be canceled after they are submitted. Please review product selection, quantity, shipping information, and payment details carefully before completing checkout.

No. Marsden Research Labs currently accepts and ships orders only within the United States. International orders are not accepted.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days unless a different timeframe is shown during ordering. Transit time depends on the carrier, service level, destination, and circumstances outside our control.

Yes. Tracking information is sent after the order has been prepared and the shipment record is created.

Carrier delays occasionally occur. When tracking shows a significant or unusual delay, contact support so we can review the available shipment information and help investigate.

The selected product variation or current batch is temporarily unavailable. Select the exact amount on the product page to view its current stock status.

Select the unavailable product amount, open the Notify Me When Available panel, and submit your email address. A notification will be sent when that specific product variation becomes available again.

Incoming Inventory indicates that inventory is expected or being prepared, but the final batch assignment, documentation, or sale availability may not yet be complete. The product remains unavailable for purchase until the applicable variation is placed in stock.

Each production batch receives a unique identifier. The batch number allows researchers to associate Certificates of Analysis, independent reports, and other documentation with the specific material represented by that lot.

Batch-specific testing gives researchers documentation tied directly to the exact production lot being purchased. This provides greater transparency and makes it easier to review the analytical information associated with each batch.

No. Marsden Research Labs does not provide instructions for human or veterinary administration, dosage guidance, treatment protocols, or medical advice. Products are sold solely for lawful laboratory research.

Due to the nature of laboratory research materials, returns generally cannot be accepted after products have shipped. Contact support promptly when an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or otherwise requires review.
